Due to the nature of our handcrafted artisan products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. All sales are final.

Exceptions: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pawsitivevibrationcreations.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will work with you to make it right.
